The aim of the thesis is to understand the way in which the dispossession of people considered to be Jewish under National Socialist legislation in Luxembourg between 1940 and 1945 was implemented, the impact on the targeted populations and the way in which this question was taken into account by Luxembourg legislation from 1945 to the present day.
