Financial regulation in Luxembourg (1945-1984)

The PhD project investigates the introduction of banking supervision in Luxembourg and the subsequent evolution of the regulatory framework in light of the emergence of the international financial centre in the country. Particular attention will be paid to the supervisory agency’s intermediary role between the financial sector and the state.
