An evolving organisational model

Corporate governance

The governance structure of the C²DH is based on an evolving organisational model designed to share authority and responsibility among all the centre’s members. The goal is to become a community of practice based on a “moral economy” of shared authority and accountability, with transparent decision-making processes, a joint information policy and a strategy that fosters a unified approach between operations and governance. The main operational responsibility and accountability fall to the management team of the centre. An international scientific committee is involved in quality assessment by evaluating the major scientific outputs and providing strategic advice on the development of future research projects.
