Martine is a teacher assisting the researchers

Martine Richard joined the C²DH as a Research Assistant in 2017 after spending the previous year working as a Scientific Collaborator at the former Robert Schuman Centre (CERE). Prior to joining the CERE, Martine was a history and civics teacher at the Lycée Robert Schuman, where she pursued her interest in European integration by organising several European projects for her pupils in partnership with secondary schools in Latvia, Finland, Lithuania, Poland and Germany. Her research areas also include the development of women’s rights in Luxembourg in the early 20th century and the analysis of methods for teaching history to pupils who are increasingly reliant on digital technologies.
