Hervé Muller is the Head of Administration and Support and member of the Management Team of the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (University of Luxembourg). He holds a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Economiques, spécialité Comptabilité et Gestion, including a specialisation in data processing. He joins the interdisciplinary centre with an experience of 25 years in accounting, finance and audit, of which 13 years in the private sector. As a Chartered Accountant, he advised the Institut Supérieur de Technologie and then the University of Luxembourg in 2003, when the institution was founded through the merger of four existing higher education institutions. In December 2004, he joined the University to develop the Financial and Accounting Department (SFC). In May 2011, he joined the Centre Virtuel de la Connaissance sur l’Europe (CVCE) as Head of Finance & Administration and member of the Management Committee. Since the 1 January 2017, Hervé participates in the development of the new interdisciplinary research centre with a main focus on the administrative processes and information systems required to manage and facilitate the research and outreach activities of the C2DH.
