Marianne is a visting PhD student from Brazil
Marianna Tavares is a PhD student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in Natal/RN - Brazil. Currently, she is researching teaching narratives based on the life history of teachers from the Cidade da Esperança neighborhood, in the early 1960s. Using oral history, she has been constructing studies on history of education, teacher training and public history, using public interviews within the perspective of shared authority.
