Dinah is a doctoral researcher

Dinah Pfau studied cultural studies (M.A.) at the Humboldt University in Berlin and completed her work on the automation of the meteorological ground measurement network in the GDR. Before working at the C²DH, she worked at the German Museum in Munich on a project on the history of artificial intelligence (IGGI). In this context, she is doing her doctorate on the history of image processing at the University of Luxembourg under the supervision of Andreas Fickers. Her focus is on the history of computers and automation, as well as historical epistemology.
