Research

The research agenda of the University recognises the field of contemporary and digital history as one of its priorities. With four flagship projects (1. Glocal histories of finance; 2. Industrial heritage and public history; 3. The legacies of war, collaboration and resistance; 4. Digital history and hermeneutics) and a series of strategic initiatives to promote digital literacy and hermeneutics, the C²DH research programme reflects the strategic alignment of the Centre’s research priorities with the broader agenda of the University and the national research priorities as defined by the government.
